We stand behind our work and hope you are delighted by our services. Great care is taken in achieving the result you expect when you hire us. If you are not completely satisfied, we will happily remedy the situation. Thank you for the opportunity to take part in your musical journey!

Refund Policy
We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your (recordings) to request a refund.

When your refund is accepted, you will need to delete all copy of the work (audio files, videos, pictures) that we provided. You can always contact us for any refund question at management@oslmusic.com.

Damages and issues
Please review the files we send you upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-refundable services
We are not able to refund you if the files we delivered have been shared - i.e. used to submit an application, posted on social media or use for a communication campaign. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific situation.

Refunds
You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve notified you of your refund, please contact us at management@oslmusic.com.
